Sunday, July 13— “Pride vs Humility”—Luke 18:9-17— A humble heart invites God’s mercy and our salvation.

Sunday, July 20— “The Only Road to Life”—Luke 18:18-30 Full allegiance to and trust in Jesus Christ is the only road to life.

Sunday, July 27— “God’s Merciful Plan”—Luke 18:31-43— We must receive Jesus Christ as God’s merciful plan to save us.

Sunday, August 3— “Jesus’ Priorities”—Luke 19:1-10— As He demonstrated with Zacchaeus, Jesus calls Christians to engage the lost so that they encounter Him to be saved and live for God.

Sunday, August 10— “The King and His Servants”—Luke 19:11-27— As the King, Jesus Christ commands our allegiance until His return and our reward.

Sunday, August 17— “A Portrait of the Messiah”—Luke 19:28-44—Through His entry into Jerusalem, Jesus challenges us to accept and worship Him as the Promised Messiah, the coming King.

Sunday, August 24— “Sin’s Subtle Power”—Luke 19:45-20:8— Sin’s power draws us away from God, while only Christ’s power brings us near to Him.

Sunday, September 21— “An Analogy”—Luke 20:9-19— In receiving Jesus, we are called to be God’s community, bearing fruit for Him.

Sunday, September 28— “Two Kingdoms”—Luke 20:20-26— As Christians, we are called to serve in God’s Kingdom, as we live for Him in a human kingdom.

Sunday, October 12— “False Assumptions to Wrong Conclusions”—Luke 20:27-40— We must avoid false assumptions and accept the truth about God, His Word and our eternal future.

Sunday, October 19— “Israel’s Ideal King”—Luke 20:41-44— Jesus is the promised King who was chosen by God to rule by His authority.

Sunday, October 26— “Beware of Foolish Pride”—Luke 20:45-21:4— To receive God’s commendation, we must examine our hearts to repel foolish pride and offer everything to Him.
